4 cloves of garlic
1 red chili pepper
20 ready-to-cook prawns in shell
50 ml Olive oil
Flor de Sal d'Es Trenc Orange & Chili
5 mldry white wine
2 sprigs of flat-leaf parsley
Step 1: Prepare
Peel the garlic cloves, place on a cutting board and press with the flat blade of a kitchen knife to help release the aroma. Clean the chili pepper, cut in half lengthwise, remove the seeds, rinse and finely chop. Wear rubber gloves when doing this. Remove the skin from the prawns except for the tail. If necessary, cut lengthwise at the back and pull out the dark intestine. Place the prawns, garlic and chili in an ovenproof dish. Pour olive oil over the prawns and place in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
Step 2: Preparation
Preheat oven to 200°C (fan oven not recommended, gas mark 3). Sprinkle the prawns with some Flor de Sal d'Es Trenc Orange & Chili and pre-cook in the oven for 5-6 minutes. Pour in white wine and finish cooking for another 5 minutes.
Step 3: Prepare
Rinse the parsley, dab dry, pluck off the leaves and chop coarsely. Serve the prawns with the spiced oil and sprinkle with a little Flor de Sal d'Es Trenc Orange & Chili. Serve with toasted bread to absorb the spiced oil and a good white wine.
