Bereits ein Jahr, nachdem wir 2003 erstmals Flor de Sal in den Salinas d‘Es Trenc geerntet haben, aromatisierten wir die Salzblume mit anderen Naturingredienzen. Damals eine Innovation am europäischen Markt, produzieren wir bis heute Mischungen des hochwertigsten Meersalzes mit aromatischen Kräutern, Gewürzen, getrockneten Früchten oder getrockneten Blüten, vielfach in Bio-Qualität.

Flor de Sal d’Es Trenc, ein sehr prestigeträchtiges Produkt der Balearen, wurde bereits mehrfach mit zahlreichen Preisen ausgezeichnet und ist für Köche, Gastronomen und Reisende aus aller Welt eine unverzichtbare Ergänzung zu jedem Gericht.

Das Unternehmenskonzept wurde 2004 mit dem Preis „Innovatives Projekt“ der mallorquinischen Gemeinde Calvià ausgezeichnet. Bis heute ist Flor de Sal d’Es Trenc für seine Qualität und Innovation auf vielen Plattformen international anerkannt durch Institutionen, Medien, Verbände, Qualitätssiegel, gastronomische Führer und Wettbewerbe.

Auf einer der wichtigsten asiatischen Messen im Jahr 2010 hat GULFOOD zum ersten Mal in seiner Geschichte zwei renommierte Preise an das gleiche Produkt, Flor Sal d’Es Trenc, vergeben: BEST NEW HEALTH FOOD OR BEVERAGE INGREDIENTS 2010 (den Preis für das beste und gesündeste Nahrungsmittel oder Getränk bzw. die beste und gesündeste Zutat 2010 ) und BEST NEW PACKAGING INNOVATION 2010 (den Preis für die beste und innovativste Verpackung 2010 ).
